Rules and Regulations

1. Registering
When making an account... PLEASE. Make your username be your characters name and ADD A SPACE. My username is Mearii Shiotsu. Not MeariiShiotsu. So please, don't do that, it gets rather confusing. If you make a username that has nothing to do with your character, I will ask you to please change that. You may also use only your first name for your username if you have a hard time remembering your characters last name. So if you had the name Amesa Tsakinoru... you could either make your username "Amesa Tsakinoru" or just "Amesa". Your name MUST be Japanese. It cannot refur to anything sexual, racist, drug use, etc. In any way.

2. Activity
Please try staying active, we don't need to have 200 accounts here and only 5 are active. If you do not stay active, I will suspend your account. If you're only active with one character and hardly play as the other, please delete your other character. If you're going to be away from the computer for a long period of time for any reason--please notify me or another admin. After several months of inactive users, I will begin deleting accounts.

3. Multiple Characters
You may have 2 Characters only, unless with my p ermission. If one of your characters is banned, I will ask you to give me all of your account names and ban all of your accounts. If you do not give them to me, I'll find out myself and ban the IP. You can either make your own character or be a character from the show. You can even make characters from other shows as long as they follow the Naruto rules. Feel free to be a character who is dead or alive (That means if they die in the show. That means you may be Zabuza if you wanted.) When being a character from the show, the rules of how many jutsu, elements, etc. do not apply. Being a character from the show allows you to have everything
they have.
You may only make two accounts. This rule does not apply to admins.

4. Cannon Characters
If you decide to be a character from the show, PLEASE stay in character. We don't need a happy, overly hyper Sasuke, An emo Naruto, or a goofy Orochimaru pedophile. Please, don't make me have to ban you for this. And for god sakes, if you decide to play as Naruto, don't make every other sentence "BELIEVE IT!". He is a main character in Naruto, so he must not die either. Please don't get him in stupid situations.
Obviously, people noticed that the storyline has changed a bit. Now, people will be able to do whatever they want their character to do (stay in the village, join akatsuki, etc.) as long as their personality does not change.

5. Character Approval
Only Administrators and Moderators will be approving characters. Please remember to keep in mind you also are unable to roleplay until an Administrator or Moderator approves it. If someone else approves it, they must put in the post that I gave them permission to approve it. If not, you are still unapproved.

6. Roleplaying
When Roleplaying, please, no speed. It must be Para and it should at least be two sentences long unless you're put in a situation where you can't think of anything else to say. Please try to use correct spelling/grammar. Please no RUN ON SENTENCES! If you have a long sentence, use commas and periods. Use quotation marks when talking.

7. Godmodding
Please no godmodding. We don't need you dodging every attack, controlling characters, going to places you're not supposed to know about, or using more power than you actually have. Seriously, if you're a genin and you're against a Sannin, obviously, you'll lose. Don't overdo anything or I will ban you.

8. Administration and Moderation
If you are given special privileges by one of the administrators, you are not to abuse the power. Do not rank yourself highly if you do not deserve it and do not take advantage of chatbox moderation power. You are only to kick people from the chat if they disrupt the chat in any way by disrupting the rules of the site. At first, I'll give you a warning and strip you of your power for 48 hours. If it happens again, you're power is stripped pertinently.
Mods--If you approve a character, you are to ask an admin to do their character sheet.
If you are an ADMIN and you APPROVE their character, YOU are responsible for filling out their character sheet on their profile. (Rank, jutsu, weapons).

9. Language
say whatever you want. Please don't use it towards another member unless it is in the RP though. If using it in the RP please--keep it PG-13. -.-" We don't need every other word to be an F-bomb, okay? I mean we have users here who might not be able to swear or see it because of parental stuff.

10. Storylines
There is a story line to this. We will have a summary of the story line in a topic under Storyline. Follow it, or things will get confusing for us and yourself.

11. Chakra/Jutsu
You will have a certain amount of chakra, so please, do not overdue jutsu and bloodline abilities. Jinchuriki and Demons seem to have an advantage, but take a bigger fall. They can use more jutsu and chakra, but it makes them weaker in the end, and can kill them.

12. Relating to Cannons
Please do not be siblings of real characters of the series unless it's possible--their backgrounds unknown well. We don't need Naruto and Sasuke running around with hidden siblings. The only way to actually be an Uchiha is if you make an already existing character from the series of if you make yourself a VERY distant cousin. So you in no way can be closely related to Sasuke or Itachi. You could possibly be 3rd cousins but that's all. If you think it is possible to be a sister/brother/etc of a certain character--tell me and I'll decide if you can play them. There are no more spots for Uchiha's.
You may NOT make a custom Uchiha.

13. Clans
Don't make a clan for every character you make. Clans are just families with bloodlines that have expanded. Not every character has one, so please, stay original. If you play as Naruto, you for sure, cannot have a clan. His parents are dead. They do not have some secret Uzumaki clan. We do not allow cross clans. That means no Uchiha-Senju, Nara-Hyuga, etc. You may only be of ONE clan.

14. Appropriate Ages
Kage/Affiliations must be at least 18 okay? (Unless you have an affiliation that allows you to be younger) and Sannin must be over 25. If you want to take the spot someone else has, you may battle and challange them and whoever wins 2/3 fights gets to be the next up, okay? That is unless you kill them or make them unable to physically take that spot. If one of the Kage/Sannin/Affiliation dies, you may ask to take that spot, but you will have to work for it.
To be over Jounin you must PM an Administrator or Moderator. To see who these people are, please look on the portal. You also must be good at RPing in PARAGRAPHS. If you are not, you may only be Special-Jounin and below.

15. Relationships
Relationships? Go wild. You may be paired with anyone you please, as long as it is okay with the other person. Please, no claiming though. Make it so your people have never met before and go from there. Or, if you want them to know each other, make sure both people have in their character sheets that they've known each other. Also, be reasonable. Don't make an 40-year-old Akatsuki member be dating a 6-year-old genin. Obviously, no one likes a pedophile. Is it okay for an enemy to date a good guy? Go ahead. Adds drama. ^_^ You may date whoever you want, as long as the age difference isn't wild. Also, don't make a character from the show just so that they can fall in love with your original rpc character without my permission. It's just not fair for some people. And please... try to keep it as close to the storyline. No SasuSaku, SasuNaru (HEH XD) or anything like that. Other then that, you can fall in love with whoever.

16. Death
If you are killed, you are dead. End of story. You cannot godmod your way out of death. The only way you can come back to life is if a powerful shinobi/Shamen had came and brought you back with a demon scroll. But they must make their person actually travel to demon country, buy/steal it, and then go to the designated spot you died to bring you back. If I or another Admin does not see the posts of the life-saving shinobi, nothing has changed, you're still dead. Now you make a new character, or a character you are already using. DO NOT make one of your other characters bring you back to life. Negotiate with someone else. Don't cheat yourself, okay?
Also if your character is about to die, you are not allowed to rp in other topics (unless you're in others) until after your character has been saved.
Any topics made will be considered after the fight, and at the moment, you won't know if you'll survive.

17. Squads and Teams
Squads can be created as long as they include one Jounin Sensei, and three genin, chunin, or jounin. No mixes. When you do this, they should be with two boys and a girl, but it doesn't matter I guess. Do whatever. Squads can start once we get more players who have the same ranks as others.

18. Jinchuriki
No 1000 tails. Again, first come, first serve. If you wanted to be the 11 tails, TOO BAD, I already am, and you must be the designated animal it is if the tail you want is free. You cannot be the NINE tailed though because Obviously, this is a NARUTO rp and NARUTO has the 9 tailed. You can be anything else that isn't taken. You can be another tailed beast, like the 12 tail beast, 13 tail beast, etc. If there is already a demon that has a specific animal, that animal is taken. So if Naruto has the 9 tailed fox obviously, you cannot have a fox demon. And please give details.
Also, we added a new species of Demon. The "HEADED" demons. They have more than one head (unless you're the one-headed demon). You may be one of those as well. :3
Please include this into your character sheet and we will decide depending on how well you rp in the sample if you are capable of not abusing its power.

19. CHAT BOX RULES
Obviously, some of you knuckleheads don't seem to understand that the chat box is for chatting maturely and nicely. I do not tolerate any rude behavior towards other members of the site. I will ask you to leave the chat box if you cannot control yourselves. Also, just because you are a chatbox mod or have administrative power does not give you the right to boss around or insult lower members. Treat others the way you wish to be treated. Don't be a smartass. This also includes arguing. If you and a member begin to argue, take it outside the chatbox. No one wants to see it. You are allowed to swear in the chatbox as long as it is not excessive saying the F-bomb all the time or towards a member as an insult. Some members might not be able to see that stuff, so if someone asks you to stop for parental reasons, please do so.
ADVERTISING ON THE CHATBOX IS PROHIBITED. That is what the Advertisement forum is for under "OTHER".

20. Character Backgrounds
Please make them reasonable. Do not make them from another world or from heaven or hell. They must be born on Earth in an existing country. You can also make them from an unknown village though. The country must be real. We don't need corrupted alien characters.

21. Jokes
Please do not tell any racial or prejudice jokes in the chatroom. This means no black jokes, domestic jokes, foreign alien jokes, or any jokes that would offend one of the users. The only jokes allowed are Blonde Jokes because they are around too much. But just in case, please ask if anyone would be offended by a blonde joke and make sure everyone in the chatroom answers.

22. Clan Kekkei Genkai's
You may have your power be whatever you may please, but you ABSOLUTELY MAY NOT have the power to destroy the world. That is so OP'd over the limit. That would be an instant kill x 100,000,000,000. You absolutely must not be able to destroy anything at ease. That would be very unfair to the users of this site. Please do not control others also.

23. Assigning Squads
Anyone who is new to the site must join as a Genin, Chunin, Special-Jounin, or Jounin. If you are Jounin, you will be assigned a squad of 3 genin, chunin, or special-jounin.
Genin for those who are not entirely sure how good they can Para RP.
Chunin for those who have a basic understanding and knowledge of Para.
And Special-Jounin for those who are experts as RP.
Jounin for those who have asked and are excellent at roleplay.
No more joining as an S-Rank or a Missing-nin, or whatever. You must guide your ninja through their fate by starting out as one of the given ranks. You must work up. Please remember this when making a character. Later on after advancing a few levels, you may make your character become jounin or run away from the village, etc. Depending on how dangerous your character is, it will see if you're S-Rank material. Also, if you already have an account on this site, you may may make other chars that are different ranks than these three.
If you were invited on the site by someone who is above those ranks and are considerably good at RPing, tell Mearii Shiotsu and she will ask the person who invited you how good you are at RPing and if you can join as a different rank without sucking at RP.

24. Applications
If I find out that anyone edits their Apps to add OP stuff after I approve it, I, or another moderator will deny your app and suspend you from RPing for 2 weeks. This is not tolerated and is unfair to those who have started out by following the rules. I am tired of finding editted posts over and over.
