Levels/Points

Now we have a point system. Whenever you post, you get one point and each point represents how powerful your character is in it's rank. So if you're a genin and have 60 points, that's how strong you are and that determines if you can face another genin against you. Now if you're going to face someone who's higher than you, make sure it's within 20 posts. And if they're a totally different level (i.e. if you're a level 50 genin facing a 20 S-Rank Criminal) that does not mean you are stronger because their rank is stronger. If they attack you first, the smart thing to do is run. Now after you get to level 150, you can decide whether or not you want to level up in a RANK. If you're a genin and you have 150 points and you level up a rank, you are now a level 0 chunin and you must take the chunin exams. If you decide not to level up, you will keep going in your point scale and whenever you decide to level up in a rank, then you'll be that rank with the added points extra. So if you're a genin who has 165 points and you level up, you are now a Chunin with 15 points.

Here is a small scale to help you show what you can become.

Ninja Academy Students become Genin.
Genin become Chunin.
Chunin become Special Jounin.
Special Jounin become Jounin or ANBU.
Jounin become ANBU, Hunter-nin, Kage, or S-Rank Criminal.
Kage's and S-Rank Criminals can become Sannin, but if the three spots are already taken, you must try to defeat the one of them if you want thier spot. If you're at your highest rank, you keep going in those points. They will not be erased.
Sannin can then become Daimyous or the 12 Legendary Guardians.

Any rank can become a Missing-Nin or Wandering Ninja.
Missing Ninja's have opportunities to become Rogue Ninja.
Depending on how dangerous that Rogue Ninja becomes, they are then classified under S-Rank Criminals.

Daimyous are rulers of a country.
The 12 Legendary Guardians are Sannin Ranked Ninja who escort and live in the palaces of a Daimyou.

To become a new rank, you must PM me and tell me so that I can erase the stats needed and I can change your rank.

Now if you're a civilian, this does not qualify. You can become a ninja academy student whenever you please, and then after 20 points of being in Ninja Academy, you are then promoted to Genin.
This is only for what rank ninja you are. Not what type of ninja. So remember to have fun with this, okay? ^_^
